You swear and affirm that the following statements are true and accurate:
- I am at least eighteen (18) years
- I am authorized to use the payment system I have chosen to complete my order with.
- I understand that all orders are final, and each order has materials and time allocated in order to create my product.
- I understand that all Sky Ronin Helmet Face Applications are hand designed and copyright protected and that I will not copy, or reproduce Sky Ronin Helmet Face Applications.
Order Processing
Your credit or debit card will be charged upon confirmation of your order. Once order has been received materials for your art creation(s) will be ordered and the process of your order will begin, each item we sell besides accessories are hand created and painted Our process for order completion is 4 – 6 Months before item will be shipped. Thank you very much!
Cancelled Orders
Items may not be cancelled due to the order process.
If you refuse a delivery
If you refuse a delivery for an order that you made you will not be refunded and if you took this action by mistake you will have to pay the shipping fee again.
If you do not receive everything that you ordered, or you receive the wrong item:
Every order that is shipped from us is triple cheked, electronically verified and digitally recorded, but we are human and still make mistakes. If this happens please follow the directions below.

If you receive what you ordered but the product is defective:
- If you receive an order that is defective please send an email with your order number to skyroninarmory@gmail.com.
- All of our shipping is insured and any damage that may have happened to our items would be through shipping, please alert us as soon as possible.
- If an item is damaged on shipment we will send out a replacement after receiving the damaged part.
Returns
Sky Ronin Sci Fi Studios LLC. wants you to be happy with your purchase, because of the materials and time involved for each order all sales are final.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If you dispute your credit card transaction, we will provide the card company with copies of your order history and delivery information, to aid in rebuttal of the disputed charge. If the chargeback is ruled in our favor and reversal issued, you will be charged the $25 service fee that we received when the chargeback was filed.
Class Action Waiver
Any legal action, claim, or dispute brought by you must be conducted in an individual capacity. You may not sue, litigate, arbitrate, claim, or proceed in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By ordering product from Sky Ronin Sci Fi Studios LLC., you expressly agree to knowingly waive any and all right to bring any claim or cause of action – federal, state, or local – in conjunction with, or on behalf of, a class or any other individuals.
Reservation of Rights
